Mr. Gaiski holds multiple patents pertaining to automotive paint applications. His technology for combinational analysis of multi-layer coatings is recognized as a "Best Practice" within the auto industry. He has been active internationally
in increasing the production rate of various automotive paint shop operations.

Mr. Gaiski has also been the recipient of an Automotive World Wide Quality Award. This award was received for evaluating advances in automotive paint shop applicators impact on vehicles' paint finishes. He has been an invited speaker at numerous automotive and quality conferences concerning paint durability criteria. Mr. Gaiski earned his Master of Science degree from
Wayne State University in 1995.
